How to Get Curves in Photoshop

How to get curves? Whether you’re crafting, designing or scrapbooking, you may want to add some curves to your work. While everyone is born with a specific body shape, there are ways to create a more curvy appearance, such as through diet and exercise. Getting more curves is easier than you think!

What makes a woman curvy?

This article will show you how to use a few tools from the Pen toolbar to curve edges. This method is easy to learn and will help you avoid that moment of frustration when you cut a line and it ends up being crooked.

The first step is to gather your materials. You’ll need sharp scissors (a pair of “safety” or children’s scissors won’t work), paper, a pencil and a metal ruler. A cutting mat and sticky tack will also be helpful, as they can protect your work surface and keep the ruler in place.

To start, position the Pen tool over the line where you want to curve it. Click and drag to create the first smooth point of a curved segment. Then, while continuing to drag upwards, click on the screen to create another anchor point across from the first one. This method of curved drawing will create a parabolic curve, which is easy to edit.

You can also create a curve using the Direct Selection tool, which is in the left sidebar of the Pen toolbar. However, this tool cannot be used to curve a straight line, as it only allows you to select the anchor points directly.
